It's Almost Showtime!

TICKETS:

Ticket will be going home today.  Mr. Buda will not be accepting any further orders; all other tickets can be purchased at the door up to a half an hour before performance times.

THURSDAY 11/3 FINAL DRESS REHEARSAL:

We are still looking for parent volunteers to assist with set-up from 4-5pm.  Please email Mr. Buda if you are available.

Students will need to be in full costume/hair/make-up for this rehearsal.  Dinner will take place at 5pm, and students will have 45 minutes to get ready from 5:30-6:15pm.

If you did not order/pay for dinner with us, please bring your own sack dinner,

Rehearsal will end after the full run of the show at 7pm.  We do not know exactly what time but estimate an 8-8:30pm end time.  Please join us in the main gym while you wait for students to finish rehearsing and get out of costume.

FRIDAY 11/4 JJH PERFORMANCE:

All 6th graders must arrive to JJH no later than 1pm.  Students will have approximately 45 minutes to get into costume/hair/make-up.  If this is not enough time, please arrive to school in the morning with hair and make-up done in advance.

FRIDAY 11/4 AFTER SCHOOL:

Students will remain at JJH after school to prepare for their first public performance.  Students will have extra time to practice on the stage in addition to some relaxing time.  A hot dog dinner will be provided by Mr. Buda & Mrs. Hector.  Please provide your own dinner if needed.

SATURDAY 11/5:

Call time at JJH is 12:30pm.  Please arrive on time and in hair/make-up if possible.

CAST & CREW PARTY:

Please ask Mr. Buda for an invitation if you have not yet received one.  The cast party will begin immediately after the set-strike on Saturday at the Nieciag house.  The end time is 8pm.
