IMPORTANT SUMMER WORKSHOP ANNOUNCEMENTS!

JJH PARKING LOT ON THURSDAY:

The JJH parking lot will be taped off to be painted on Thursday (tomorrow) and therefore we will not have access.  Students can be dropped off/picked up in one of two locations; either by the parking lot entrance behind JJH by the big garage on Ravinia Lane and Hawthorne Avenue OR anywhere along the field either by the library or on the corner of Janes Avenue and The Center Drive. Students will have to walk on the field and around the building to door 10.  We apologize for the inconvenience but unfortunately this issue is out of our control.  Please discuss with your student where you will be at 2pm and what to do if you are not yet there when they leave JJH.

FINAL CALENDAR/CONFLICT CALENDAR:

All students will be sent home today with a final calendar for the musical rehearsals and performances (also attached here).  This calendar is additionaly available on the musical blogpage.  Please write your name at the top and return the calendar with any specific conflicts that you may have marked on the dates, keeping in mind all rehearsals marked in orange are mandatory and rehearsals marked in yellow are highly encouraged to be attended.  These must be returned to Mr. Buda at JJH no later than Thursday August 17th but can be turned in as early as tomorrow!

AUDITIONS TOMORROW:

Lastly, auditions for all workshop participants will take place tomorrow during workshops.  Please make sure all students get a good night sleep, have a nice breakfast, and are prepared for their singing and dancing auditions.  Students who participate in workshop auditions do not have to attend after-school auditions next week.
